Home sales in Big Bear remained relatively stable in April 2010 while prices dropped pretty significantly. Big Bear Home Sales Home sales in April were up 3% when compared to the March sales (76 v. 74). Year over year, sales are up 21% from April 2009, more good news for the market. Home sales in Big Bear remained relatively stable in February 2010 with no major shifts either way. Big Bear Home Sales Home sales in February were up a modest 7% when compared to the January sales (61 v. 57), and year over year, sales about 5% from the February 2009.
