Just like delicious.com does to the overall web, Dwellicious is a social bookmarking site which allows the users to bookmark listings from the popular real estate sites in one tidy spot for future reference.
Consumers have ability to bookmark property listings from various listing sites and store them in one location. The Dwellicious service currently works with most of the major real estate search sites like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, Cyberhomes, Yahoo, Remax, C-21, & Coldwell Banker, among others. They are open to adding more as they come up as well.
All of the above sites offer the ability to bookmark and share listings with people, but trying to keep track of all the sites you use when searching for real estate can be tiresome & confusing. Being able to have one, web-based site to keep track of all the properties that interest you seems convenient to me. It also makes sharing & discussing them with family, friends, and even your agent, a whole lot easier.
Dwellicious will track the listings (price changes, off the market, sold, and so on) from that point on. You don’t have to keeping checking on all of your favorite properties by going to each site. Just bookmark it with the “Add to Dwellicious” tab on your toolbar, add some tags or comments, and it will be there forever for you to follow under the “My Dwellicious” tab
The more information, the better. Under each Dwellicious bookmark, you will get loads of information like comparable sales, additional photos of the property/area, google street views/maps, Zillow and Cyberhomes estimates, Walk Score, news about that area and more.
Here are a couple examples of what Dwellicious property bookmarks looks like, one from Realtor.com on my listing at 203 Knoll Rd. in Big Bear Lake and another from Trulia.com at 869 Waldstrasse Way in Big Bear Lake. You can check out all of my Dwellicious bookmarks as well.
The site is still in Beta (until the first week or so of Jan. 09) but they are looking for test users.
