Ironwood Estates

Ironwood Estates is an exclusive development of newer custom homes, located above the western gateway to the Big Bear Lake Village.  Some of the parcels on the southern perimeter of the subdivision back to National Forest land.

Accessed by Paine Road on the west and Cameron Drive on the east, the hillside location of this neighborhood affords many of the homes spectacular “above it all” views of Big Bear Lake, the mountains on the north shore, and the night-time lights of the Village.  Not to mention making it one of the best locations in the Valley from which to view the annual Rotary Fireworks Show on the Fourth of July!

The properties in Ironwood could aptly be described as “luxury homes,” with a mix of full and part-time residences.  Homes designed with integrity to the sloping topography of the area include log-accented lodge style creations, multi-level contemporary, Tudor, and even some with a European influence.

One of the benefits of the Ironwood location is being within walking distance of the lake and a marina, as well as The Village, with its assortment of shops, restaurants, and local movie theatre.  It’s a short drive to the slopes of Snow Summit or Bear Mountain, or the golf course in Moonridge.  It is located within the City of Big Bear Lake.

If you are looking for upscale living with the convenience of being within walking distance of shopping and dining, Ironwood Estates is worth a look!
